The wet area findings from this corridor are the clearest argument for inspecting before tiling. Sandpaper left inside a toilet drain. A shower drain full of cement debris. Unfilled holes in a shower base sitting directly above a ground floor ceiling. A screed with divots that will pond water on the membrane. Each is trivial to fix on the day and each requires breaking out finished tiling once the bathroom is complete.
